[TOMCAT] 서버 포트 충돌로 인해 서버 시작이 안될 경우

다음과 같은 오류 메세지가 이클립스에 표시됨(오류창으로 별도로 표시)

Port 8080 required by Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost is already in use. The server may already be running in another process, or a system process may be using the port. To start this server you will need to stop the other process or change the port number(s).

앞 문장의 ports 뒤의 숫자에 해당하는 포트번호가 현재 사용중이기 때문에 서버 시작이 불가능한 상태이다.
(원인 : 이클립스가 강제로 종료되었을 때 다시 실행하면 이전 톰캣이 제대로 종료되지 않음)

[ 해결책 ]

1. cmd(명령프롬프트) 실행 => Windows 키 + R => cmd 입력 후 엔터
2. netstat -ano 명령어 입력 후 엔터
   C:\Users\ITWILL>netstat -ano

0.0.0.0 항목들 중 현재 톰캣의 포트번호와 동일한 포트번호(ex. 8080 등)를 찾아야함

해당 항목의 맨 우측 PID값을 메모

3. taskkill /f /pid PID값 입력 후 엔터

C:\Users\ITWILL>taskkill /f /pid 17840
성공: 프로세스(PID 17840)가 종료되었습니다.

4. 이클립스 시작 후 서버 가동 확인
